WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The incumbent is responsible for data collection and performance reporting of the Production Department. She/He e is responsible to analyse and structure all performance parameters to identify the improvement areas of the process. Supports and coordinates Production Department by acting as a liaison upward, downward, and laterally. Defines plans and coordinates Continuous Improvement & Mini Projects in the factory. Prepares periodical update reports for Management Team to ensure project completion.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for month-end closing activities
Establish effective administration and effective follow up on month-end closing activities and prepare NTM yield report on the second working day of each month, compile other performance parameter reports with accurate information by the sixth day of each month
Close the month with the common consent of related parties
Responsible for monthly KPI Reporting
Generate monthly performance reports by using globally defined calculation methods.
Analyze the data and identify improvement needed areas to share with the department and Management Team
Ensure daily production and machinery data is recorded into the system for performance monitoring.
Accountable to gather data and provide accurate information upon request.
Able to analyze breakdown reasons and prepare presentations. Accountable for supplying comparison charts and status information for constant improvement
Acts as local admin for MII & MDC system and ensures its functionality
In line with continuous improvement concept:
Defining, planning, and coordinating Continuous Improvement & Mini Projects in the factory
Coordinating major material issues with related parties and supporting material trials
Accountable for coordination of 5S3R improvements in the factory
Responsible for playing a key role during the Annual Strategic Planning period
Gather historical data, prepare user-friendly charts/tables, equipped with needed information during target setting.
Perform calculations, prepare final charts and ensure GlobCon loading is completed with correct data
Accountable for CML support organization for the factory & functional support recording for the production department
Organizes periodical meetings and prepares related documentation, analysis, etc.
Responsible for additional tasks as listed:
Ensure proper functioning of SMS (Suggestion Management System) and ensure targeted response time via close follow-up
Contribution of SAP & JSOX implementations
Assigned as Area System Administrator in GlobCon
Support Global IT projects as the business project manager
Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labor law, corporate guidance, internal regulations, and work performance instructions.
Understand the health and safety aspects of the work, identify the hazards, assess the risks, and ensure that control measures are implemented in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace for employees under their supervision.
Ensure that employees under their supervision receive appropriate health & safety training and required qualifications, and are competent to do the work safely.
Know Legal and JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and implement requirements that fall within their authority and within their area of responsibility.
Ensure that supervised employees always demonstrate safe behavior, never violate health and safety rules, report incidents and near misses, and report and eliminate identified unsafe conditions and behaviors. Actively demonstrate a commitment to health and safety, lead by example, and take immediate steps to correct unsafe workplace conditions or behaviors.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Computer Engineering
Minimum of 3 years work experience in a production environment / FMCG or Manufacturing
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Actively using MS office applications
Basic knowledge of SAP
