Responsibilities
• Generates and delivers training courses as part of the DL and IDL competency development plan based on actual competency requirements and gaps
• Identifies training strategies to ensure effective implementation of competency development curriculum (e.g. alternative learning methodologies, total system perspective)
• Implements a certification/re-certification and multi-skilling process for Technicians, Supervisors and Engineers
• Manages training records of associates and device a system to be audit-ready at all times
• Involves in process analysis and improvement including documentation and execution of defined improvement/corrective actions.
• Initiates or participates in organizational development undertakings
• Represents the team and leads Layered Process Audits of Probe and Die Sales
• Supports qualification of production materials and processes to ensure fitness for production and process requirements
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities on process simplification, removing NVAs, error prevention and automations
• Supports CPR installation and other cost savings project initiatives
Requirements
o Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or equivalent course
o Preferably with 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience
o With strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment.
o With good communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
o Knowledge on Training is an advantage
o Knowledge and skills on IE tools and principles is also an advantage
o With general wafer fabrication knowledge is preferred but not required
o Knowledge in TPM and 6S is preferred but not required
