Job Description
Present to potential partners, senior members in investee organisations and management with strategic recommendations towards business growth
Drive real operating change and generate value in a private equity environment, with an owner's mindset.
Work with internal investee organisation team members and colleagues to distill insights gathered from company data and operational analysis.
Lead selected initiatives towards driving revenue, operational excellence and profitability e.g. automation, digitisation and other best practises comparable to industry standards.
Work alongside internal stakeholders within the investee organisation to support the company executives with value creation plans e.g. site expansion, business models etc.
This Private Equity Associate as a mentor and coach to junior colleagues leading as a team lead/ resource to guide them through data gathering, market research and analytics of various business indicators.
The Successful Applicant
Background of progression in commercial roles either in consulting, startups or a leading MNC.
Active interest in investments and business consulting.
Sharp, strategic, commercially minded, hands on, ambitious
