This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Responsibilities
Managing privacy projects, which includes but is not limited to:
assessing and closing privacy compliance gaps in countries;
complying with new and emerging privacy laws; and
the implementation and adoption of privacy technology into Aon's business units;
Working with privacy subject matter experts and business stakeholders to continuously improve the privacy risk & control framework;
Defining, updating and providing training on privacy policies and controls library;
Producing, communicating and advising on privacy policy updates;
Assisting privacy leaders with ad-hoc matters, which might include preparing board reports and metrics;
Assist with building, training and managing the Asia Pacific Privacy Compliance Assurance function in the Asia Pacific jurisdictions;
Monitor and report on the performance of Aon's Asia Pacific Privacy Compliance Assurance team on a regular basis, taking appropriate actions to improve effectiveness; and
Maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, document repositories, ensuring timely updates and version control.

Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 - year course) and experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.
