Develop ATE manufacturing test solutions for Mixed-Signal ASICs
Complete test release and product transfer to manufacturing in the shortest time possible
Gather and analyze test data to improve, simplify, and optimize test solutions
Execute capacity improvement initiatives such as multi-site/tester platform conversion
Collaborates with Product Engineering/Operations in resolving potential manufacturing issues
Interface with Marketing, BU stakeholders, Manufacturing & Product Engineering on a global scale
Participate in cross functional team activities/projects
Qualifications
BS or MS EE or ECE degree
With at least 10 years of equivalent or related work experiences
Adept with mixed-signal test methodology
With working ATE knowledge (operation & debug tools) preferably on Teradyne MicroFlex/Advantest T2000
Knowledgeable in Teradyne IG-XL, VB, C, Visual C++ programming languages
Familiarity with ATE architecture and/or hardware design is a distinct advantage
With strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in an environment where quality, cost and delivery is of utmost importance
