Lead key programs within the Automotive Division (AUT) including manufacturing changes, cost reductions, quality, development, and customer qualification responsibilities specific to Front-End and Back-End processes for mass production
Prepare, analyze, and present major initiative business cases to senior management
Build and lead cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Ensure that the right people, skills, and work environment exists to be successful. Provide leadership and mentoring to the team as needed
Clearly define the goals and success criteria of new projects/programs and gain approval from all key stakeholders and BU Management
Develop and refine project plans and budgets including resourcing, capital, and support needs
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues
Prepare and present project plans, gate review assessments, and progress reports. Communicate consistently and effectively to all stakeholders
Provide support and coordination for any and all other AUT business operations activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, or related discipline
At least 10 years of overall working experience, with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
First-hand knowledge of manufacturing processes (fab, assembly, test) and supply chain
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Change Action Board, tools, and systems
Semiconductor product/platform/technology development process experience
Highly proficient in applying process, factory, and product qualification requirements
Strong network in fab, assembly/test, BU Product lines, Ext Manufacturing, CSR & Sales etc.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to communicate summarized results and conclusions
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams with calm under pressure environment
Ability to understand complex business issues and customers' requirements
Proficient in engineering and business statistical methods and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Direct semiconductor/technology/process/product qualification experience is a must
