JOB SUMMARY
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for the monitoring, analysis with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, and approval of Margins on product orders, set-up of deals (Vistex agreements) in the ERP system.
This position is based in our Manila office and consists of three team members supporting the Asia region. The role requires liaison with colleagues in Asia, including the Vendors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Releasing orders from Margin review holds in a timely manner
Margin Analysis on sales ensuring margin thresholds are met
Managing the Freshdesk tickets and following up with requests from internal and vendor enquires such as setting up Vistex agreements, actioning the FD tickets in a timely manner and Promotion queries.
Setting up Vistex agreements in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Month/Quarter-End/weekly support Commitment (requiring extra efforts & time commitment around all above the periods to ensure all orders are processed)
Follow-up with purchasing, product managers and/or vendors on discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items
Review and resolution of complex margin issues across all vendors
Review tagged agreements daily to block agreements that are expiring, and ensure its reported and corrected before releasing for fulfilment
Work collaborative and cross functionally with the Rebates and order management teams on disputed claims and ensure quick resolution
Establishing programmatic Vistex.
Take part in automation Projects and perform the user interface testing on time
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Skills and knowledge:
SAP/ERP Knowledge
Intermediate Excel Skills
Team Player-co-operative worker focused on team goals
Strong problem-solving skills - proven experience in understanding and solving problems
Ability to work independently, with little supervision and high self-motivation and energy levels.
Perform Calculations.
Experience:
Ideally have experience in using finance and sales modules of SAP or similar ERP system
Proven ability to operate independently, under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
Display high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
