Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Continuous monitoring and analysis of equipment performance such as pumps, meters, pipes and other electrical parts.
2 .Conduct calendar based maintenance on equipment that operates the systems as pumps, motors, meters, mechanical and electrical parts.
3. Conduct minor repairs on mechanical and electrical related problems on equipment that operates the Systems.
4.Conduct checking of on-line monitoring instruments and other related units of the systems at least once a month or as per need basis.
5. Provide and perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance for each equipment concern in the systems operation. Log every activity done on Equipment History Record and provide equipment analysis and recommendations. Perform spare parts management. Spare parts on TI account.
6. Perform quarterly performance evaluation for upgrading and modification of equipment concern in the systems operation.
7 .Shall regularly attend a scheduled weekly meeting for Operations and Maintenance and/or other meetings scheduled thereof
8. Implements equipment reliability inspection and other preventive maintenance programs
9. Respond to emergencies,schedule, situational equipment failure and shutdown activities
10. Monitor and Update Spare Management Interventory.
11. Gathers pump and Motor bearing thermography, bearing replacement, motor chamber oil change, motor vibration data gathering and annual replacement of UV lamps.
12. See through Shaft seal replacement, pump and motor reconditioning, arrests minor and major leaks, responsible in mechanical and electrical parts replacement.
13. Generates report for weekly accomplishments.
14. Records and documents consumable part replacement, generates breakthrough projects. Assists other contractors in project concern &operations in operating TIPI water systems.
15.Regularly attend Operations and maintenance weekly meeting, General Staff Meeting and other scheduled Meeting
Qualification:
*Atleast NCII Holder in Electrical Installation & Maintenance
*BSIT major in electricity
*BS Electrical Engineering
