We are currently looking for a Press Readers to serve as the human verification of system-generated data is a key point of differentiation between Isentia and our competitors. The Press Reader is required to quickly and accurately determine the relevance of each press article.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Produces consistent productivity and quality outputs
Ensures that press reader entries are consistently in compliance with agreed quality standards; where entries are tagged to the correct account, press readers should be capable of self-QC
Ensures comprehensive coverage of data based on client requirements
Keeps abreast of developments in assigned accounts and its related concerns in order to correctly align reports
Keeps abreast of changes and updates in account briefs in coordination with team leads to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page
Ensures correct sending of reports to rightful recipients, complying with confidentiality requirement (if applicable)
Constantly reviews feedback from clients and team leads and applies recommendations to improve quality of entries
Participates in training sessions to continually sustain or improve levels of press reader skills
Ascertains timely submission of all client deliverables
Consistently meets internal deadlines for press reader entries
Proactively ensures that measures are in place to avoid all preventable delays in report production
Contributes to innovation and process improvements
Constantly finds better methods to cover data required in shorter production time, and shares such best practices with team leads and the team
Gives suggestions to team leads for the improvement of workflow/work process
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a College Graduate in a Bachelor of Mass Communications, Journalism, Research, Broadcast Communications or any related courses.
Candidate has a 2 years or more experience in local media landscape.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, G-suite and proficiency with other analysis tools.
Knowledgeable in data interpretation, corporate writing style, grammatical skills, analytical ability, research techniques and project management.
Candidates has an excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Candidates has an excellent in English and mother-tongue language. Proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Can start as soon as possible.
