Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Conduct initial physical inspection of meters that will subject QA/QC testing using different equipment validate requested stocks for QA/ QC in terms of quantity, items description and serial number
Provide Initial quality test by inspecting the following Physical parameters such
Terminal cover, glass holder, gasket, body casing face plate cover/
Log all the meter found with physical defects and submit report to technician.
2. Perform removal/unpacking of meters from the Styrofoam and box
Remove and unpack the meters from the box and Styrofoam.
Arranging of meter in sequential order of serial numbers before giving it to Preparation
3. Install ERC seal and stickers
Installation of ERC seals and stickers of the meters that passed the ERC acceptance test
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of working areas.
Provide proper maintenance on the hand tools
4. Unload Shipment
Perform unloading of Shipment for KWH Meter.
Provide monthly report of inventory of tools in the work station.
5. Quality test meters using 24 position test bench, 48 position and 4 position test bench, portable equipment such Accutronix and RD-21
Repair and evaluate trouble tickets of KWH meters.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
1. Vocational graduate or TESDA certificate holder
2. Preferably (1) one year work experience in the same field
3. Team player
4. Can work in minimum supervision
5. Can Start ASAP
Requirements * Minimum education level: Vocational
1 year of experience
