Job Description
Responsible for the accurate processing (pre-screening and ticketing) of all inquiries endorsed received via email.
Ensures the proper and complete documentation relating to each inquiry.
He/she assists in receiving clients' requests or inquiries, checking details on the inquiries, clarifying incomplete or unclear information, and acknowledging the requests by confirming the cost and turn-around time for the reports, respectively.
K12 graduates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
