Job Summary:
The Pre-sales Engineer is responsible for providing support for the sales process through the management and handling of the technical aspects of sales opportunities and deals. Through understanding and scoping of customer requirements, the Pre-Sales Engineer will recommend and propose solutions in the form of products and services which will address customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Scoping and qualifying customer requirement
Handle technical communications with customer and partners as to sales opportunities and deals
Creates comprehensive solution designs addressing the requirement of the customer.
Job Qualifications:
The candidate must be a graduate of any related 4-year course
With skills in Network Security, Infrastructure is an advantage
Good Presentation and Communication skills
Can do technical write-ups and proposal
Knowledgeable in different products for Security, Infrastracture, and IT operations is an advantage.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
