This role blends creativity with technical proficiency, focused on preparing and assembling print-ready files that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have experience in the print production process, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.What You'll Do:Prepare and assemble final files for printing or plate production following precise technical specificationsReview, modify, or enhance client-submitted artwork to ensure compliance with print standardsPreflight files to identify and correct technical errors using software and visual checksApply brand and style guidelines across client projects with consistencyEdit text, images, and layout elements while maintaining original design intentMaintain organized and clean digital files to ensure smooth transitions across team membersCollaborate with internal teams and clients to solve creative and technical issuesQuickly interpret instructions, learn new processes, and apply them effectively in productionConsistently meet or exceed production deadlines without compromising qualityWhat We're Looking For:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AcrobatExperience with Pitstop and imposition software is a plusComfortable working on Apple computersStrong understanding of file types, color spaces, and print specificationsHigh attention to detail with a natural ability to identify and correct errorsStrong organizational, learning, and memory recall abilitiesEffective time estimation and self-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and client interactionsStrong spelling, grammar, and basic math skills (e.g., converting inches to decimals)Why You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
