About the role
We are searching for a well organised PR & Outreach Executive who will be tasked with supporting the PR & Outreach Manager with daily media query monitoring, preparing pitching files, and organizing tracking sheets. This is a perfect opportunity to have exposure on the fundamentals of doing Digital PR and email outreach on a global scale.
The role will be full time, Mondays-Fridays from 1:00-9:00 PM Manila time. The role can be semi-flexible depending on the situation.
The role is fully remote.
Initially the main tasks will involve:
Monitoring media queries and finding opportunities for the clients on media connecting platforms such as HARO and Response Source.
Updating outreach and PR tracking sheets and cleaning up records
Assisting the PR and Outreach Manager in coordinating deliverables to the team and keeping timelines in check
Take on miscellaneous admin tasks related to PR & Outreach
Ideally you:
- Are well-organised, punctual, and communicative
- Have familiarity with Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Have high speed internet access and a laptop
- Have experience of working in PR and Outreach
