Job Description
As a PR and Affiliate Partnership Manager, your main role will revolve around developing and implementing a comprehensive PR and affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for negotiating and managing affiliate contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships. Coordinating with the content team to provide affiliates with up-to-date brand and product information, creatives, and other promotional materials will also be a crucial part of your role.
Your experience with PR software and exceptional communication and negotiation skills will help you succeed in this endeavor.

What do you need to succeed
Experience with PR software (muckrack.com, etc.) is a plus.
Background in researching, writing and editing publications
Proficiency with affiliate tracking software (such as Share-a-Sale, Impact Radius, etc.) and issuing performance metrics.
Familiarity with project management software (asana) and video/photo editing is a plus
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Creativity and problem-solving aptitude

Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Draft press releases, product launch descriptions, and related materials for affiliates.
Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners and press outlets, encouraging them to promote our brand and products.
Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
Provide necessary assistance to affiliates and press outlets to sign up and become affiliates if they're not already.
Coordinate with the content team to provide affiliates with up-to-date brand and product information, creatives, and other promotional materials.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of PR and affiliate campaigns, using data to guide strategy and decision-making.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas to continually improve the PR and affiliate program
