PPIC SUPERVISOR
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing, controlling and being accountable for work of subordinates including responsibility of career development and for personnel action such as discipline and performance appraisal.
Ensures that overall performance of PPIC and Warehouse will meet the KPI targets; (a) planning efficiency (b) planning accuracy (c) capacity utilization (d) % of zero stock, critical stocks, safety stocks and over stock and (e) inventory accuracy by supervising, monitoring and providing corrective and preventive actions based on the identified problems which may hinder in achieving targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.
Obtain WOM (Weekly Operation Meeting) and COM (Complete Operation Meeting) reports every Friday and end of the month by collating KPI form the production planners, material planner and warehouse in- charge's.
Participates WOM and COM to report KPI's result, elevate issues that hinder in achieving KPI's target and to be aware on all manufacturing issues.
Provide activities for improvement on the identified weak areas in order o achieve set KPI's.
Evaluate each member's performance quarterly and annually by gathering attendance reports, behavioral and work results to check and review members competencies and skills which will be used for merit increase, training for the identified weak areas and counselling.
Review PPC and warehouse procedures manual by checking and ensure that written procedures were followed to be able to standardize all processes.
Responsible for the dissemination to members by setting a meeting to let members be aware of the latest planning and warehouse issues and related concerns.
Identifies and analyzes problems, weigh relevance and accuracy of information, generates and evaluates alternative solutions and make recommendations.
Prepare and manage department budgets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Industrial engineering degree/equivalent knowledge and shares diverse engineering experiences
At least 2-3 years experience as PPIC Supervisor 
Preferably has knowledge of SAP.
knowledge in Warehouse and Inventory Management
Keen Observer/Mind.
Strong Leadership/Personality.
Good Communication Skills.
Analytical and conceptual thinking
