We are an Australian search marketing and website specialty agency based in Sydney, and we're looking for an exceptional PPC Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. We work with a diverse range of clients across B2B and eCommerce sectors, from small businesses to nationwide brands, and we're passionate about delivering outstanding results for each one.
 
About the Role
 
As our PPC Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to ensure our clients achieve the highest possible return on investment. Your primary focus will be to manage campaigns across the Google Ads network, offering strategy, budget, recommendations, and providing well-articulated insights to the management team.
 
You'll also need strong written English skills to craft compelling ad copy and communicate effectively with both clients and team members. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our UX/UI Designer and Web Developer to optimize client websites and landing pages, ensuring your PPC efforts have the highest chance of achieving results and generating ROI for our clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, YouTube) for a variety of B2B and eCommerce clients
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI
Perform keyword research, manage bidding strategies, and write compelling ad copy
Collaborate with our Designer and Web Developer to ensure landing pages and website elements are well optimized for conversions
Collaborate with our designer on images and other media for ad campaigns
Strong written English skills to produce high-quality ad copy as well as written reports that can be communicated to clients by an Account Manager
Experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is a bonus but not essential!

Ideally, someone who has experience with other ad platforms or is open to exploring them, but the real key is a passion for learning and evolving
