Job Description
As aPowerBI Analyst, you play a pivotal role in our client's finance team, extracting, analyzing, and visualizing financial data using Power BI. Your expertise in data visualization and financial analysis shapes informed strategic decisions, communicating trends and insights to both internal stakeholders and clients. Collaborate across functions, clean and transform data, and craft insightful Power BI dashboards.

What do you need to succeed
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with experience in data visualization using Power BI.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpreting financial statements.
Expertise in using Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports, including data transformation and DAX calculations.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and insights.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, Power BI) are a plus.
Requires extensive expertise in PowerBI
Proficiency in data structuring and building dashboards with visualizations
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Involvement in creating financial geographical reports is preferred
Focus on non-financial business KPIs

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively communicate financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze financial data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes by providing accurate and timely financial data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track relevant financial metrics and KPIs to measure performance against targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in financial analysis and data visualization.
Support ad hoc financial analysis projects as required by senior management.
Participate in the continuous improvement of data processes and reporting methodologies.
