Primary Functions
Administers the creation of scripts, tests and deployment of software to POS servers and registers for all outlets nationwide
Administers and monitors all POS applications related to retail point of sales nationwide
Works with POS support and store personnel to resolve technical problems
Works with the Sales Information Assistant in generating and gathering of data and information as the basis for the store's commission billings
Administer the data base, implement price changes, addition and/or deletion of product/supplier
Maintains data recoverability. Implements data back up and disaster recovery procedures
Trains both Front and Back end POS users, franchisees, owners and dealers
Customizes various POS features identified by our users
Plans, supervises, checks, reviews and documents the testing of POS customized solutions
Monitors the inventory of all POS hardware nationwide
Ensures that all POS permits are in place and/or cancelled accordingly
Orders computer hardware, software and repair kits
Participates in various administrative tasks including but not limited to annual IT budget
