The Role
As a Portfolio Management And Actions Officer, you will be responsible for the management, extraction and presentation of data required for various reports and analysis needs of CBDOG. Builds and maintains relationships with units responsible for the production and maintenance of data within the bank, as well as the various teams within the Cards Business Development and Operations Group to ensuring the various data requirements are met.
How you'll contribute
Monitor business performance by generating and analyzing data in search of trends and opportunities to produce meaningful and actionable datasets and reports
Ascertain the effects of various movements or changes in portfolio behavior through careful data gathering and analysis to be able to identify any possible threats and opportunities that the business may take action for
Develop relationships with different business partners (ARD, DGAD, Risk, FINCON, RBS MIS) to align figures ensuring correct and transparent reporting
Analyze information sourced from a variety of internal and external sources to produce meaningful and actionable reports and datasets
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
With at least 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of the credit cards business. Data management. Financial analysis
Comfortable working with numbers/ Proficient in use of MS office, with special emphasis on MS Excel. Use of data management software and tools.
Ability to analyze trends and ascertain causes for any significant change that may affect business performance. Able to communicate effectively with multiple business partners.
