FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure all contractors invoices to be collated in for FDAs.
To ensure Attending Boarding transport claims to be collated in the FDAs.
To make set and scan all FDAs into the correct drive so that AP Department can upload the FDAs into the Eyeshare system.
To make set and scan or mail all 3rd party FDAs to the correct principal.
Answer all queries in email pertaining to FDAs.
Arrange CTM during the Absent of the Manager.
Coding of 3rd Party Invoice in Eyeshare System.
Maintain of Petty Cash Account
Ensure that all contractors' invoices is recorded and signed by superior.
To effect all courier services when the department when Agency Executive is absent.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance related courses
Ideally have at least five years of experience in the maritime, Shipping Line or Shipping Agency role.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
