Job Descriptions:
Ensures that the Company SMS is carried out on board in accordance to the ISM Code
Controls, updates and revises the Company SMS manual as per operation requirement in coordination with Vessel Management Team and Designated Person Ashore
Ensures all vessel trading certificates are updated
Ensures that the Company SMS is implemented and maintained both ashore and on-board vessel
Monitors and supports in the implementation of ISM processes and ensures compliance to facilitate safe operations for key marine personnel, vessel activities and pollution prevention
Ensures that every onboard are working in accordance to Company safety procedures and job description
Ensures that all vessels contain the necessary equipment and crew to safely perform their missions, which range from human transportation to the shipping of goods
Responsible on Safety and SMS orientation program
Qualifications:
Minimum of seven (7) year  experience as Vessel Master of foreign or domestic vessels
Experience on ISM Compliant vessels and certification
Excellent crisis management and leadership skills
Willing to go on-board vessel if and when necessary
Proven history of developing effective vessel operations management policies required
Ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times
Excellent organizational and time management skills, output-oriented and team player
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Adept in computer software office applications in Windows environment
