Job Qualification
· College Graduate of any business course preferably Marketing Management
· At least 3 years related experience
· Physically fit to travel
· Good moral character

Duties and Responsibilities
Shall identify sources of other revenues particularly ancillary services such as but not limited to watering bunkering, leasing, parking, etc.
Look for additional services that are not offered in other ports in order to make the high tariff justifiable.
Shall prepare a marketing plan for each of the ancillary services identified for approval by the Management for subsequent implementation. The marketing plan may be updated/improved from time to time to respond to changing marketing demands.
Accreditation of ancillary services shall be done by PPA before the company approves said ancillary services provider to render service at concession areas of the company.
Shall plan and develop guidelines and criteria on the accreditation of ancillary service providers in coordination with PPA that will perform such service and shall likewise prepare a method for evaluation of its performance, the hap hazard or lackluster performance of which shall be the basis for recalling its accreditation.
Shall be solely in charge of the performance and operation of all ancillary services in the port.
Shall oversee and evaluate the performance of the ancillary services provider and see to it that its performance shall support the major or core functions of the company and completely jive with the operational requirements of the company.
Shall make recommendation to Branch Management and the PPA to recall any accreditation issued to non-performing or those not satisfactorily performing ancillary service providers to the standards set forth by the company.
Recommend to PPA to disallow the entry of non-performing external providers' and those whose rating are unsatisfactory.
Shall report directly to the Branch Manager and consult the POO on PPA's standards for Port Operations productivity requirements so that ancillary services provided during port operations shall be sufficient and complying at the standards set by PPA and the company I to attain its objectives.
Shall keep track of the financial performance of this unit in relations to the performance target for ancillary services revenue by Management
