This will be responsible in helping the company service its clients in the area of payment of premiums by providing excellent after sales services and providing on-time reminders to the clients with regards to their policy dues. The candidate will be responsible in taking care of orphan policies and make sure that they receive the same level of service from the company as that of having a Life Planning Partner. The candidate will be monitoring Premium Income and will do his/her best in helping the company reach its Monthly and Yearly Premium Income Target.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain general monitoring of Policy Due List
Maintain on time follow up and remind client due dates
Update contact information of clients
Attend to client's concerns/ complaints professionally
Ensure that all client's policy related request are attended
Maintain client records and regularly check payment status
Submit monthly reports for Management use
Monitor Campaigns initiated by Policy Conservation
Assist Policy Service with departmental tasks
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Newly Grad or preferably with 1-2 years work experience in Customer Service or equivalent but not required
Customer oriented and friendly
Life Insurance Background is an advantage
Policy Servicing Background is an advantage
Good communication skills; oral and written (English proficiency an advantage)
Good interpersonal skills
Exudes patience and perseverance
High stress tolerance
Knows basic Microsoft applications
Note : Must be residing within NCR
