Design the Poker Room team work plan, divide the work among the staff, control the quality of work and provide results
Create a new promotions for poker
Study and analyze competitor market
Monitor the tournaments results
Create new tournaments with the satellite program for the games
Collaborate with international partners
Collaborate with the poker development team
Control all risk factors of online poker game and provide fair game
Collaborating with the marketing team and planning poker events
Arrange meetings with our customers to discuss their suggestions and opinions
Organize offline tournaments
Control customers service quality
Organize trainings with customers service specialists
Provide high income for the product
Study and analyze the websites of competitors
Requirements for this Poker Manager job in Manila:
University degree preferably in Business Administration
At least 3 years' experience in the gaming industry
At least 5 years' work experience as a team lead or product manager
Excellent knowledge of game rules of popular Poker versions and gaming experience
Knowledge of additional game versions will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly navigate in complex situations
Managerial and leadership skills and experience
High sense of responsibility
