Are you a highly-organized and detail-oriented multimedia professional with proven experience creating clips, audiograms and quote cards for a podcast channel? Are you a highly-organized and proactive person who can come up with solutions with minimal supervision?
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly-organized Podcast Manager who can create audiograms, quote cards and clips to be used for social media platforms. In this role, you are expected to effectively create content and manage the podcast channel by setting up shows via podcast platform, updating calendar bookings, and sending emails.
As the Podcast Manager, you will provide excellence by:

-Planning, conceptualizing and creating contents such as clips, audiograms and quote cards
-Being able to create content within the given deadline
-Obtaining approval of accomplished content by submitting them days before the deadline
-Setting up shows via podcast platform
-Updating calendar bookings with necessary information such as show links, etc.
-Sending out emails for the pre-podcast and post-podcast show
-Identifying opportunities for booking other podcast shows
-Being open to suggestions, feedback and directions to create effective content within different industries
-Keeping up-to-date with the ever-changing world of social media and learning how to create content with the new updates (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, IG stories)
-Suggesting and implementing new strategies and ideas

Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

-Professional experience with designing software like Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
-Proven experience managing a podcast channel
-Excellent understanding and experience in creating podcast content such as audiograms, clips, quote cards
-Ability to do audio mastering
-Proficiency in web-based management tools such as Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.
-Creative juice to solve problems and produce high-quality contents and concepts
-Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form
-Impressive detail-oriented, highly-organized and efficient work ethics
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

-Experience and background in branding and marketing
-Knowledge in several industries such as Business Management, Real Estate, Accounting, Insurance, Tax
-This is a remote position.
