Provide vendor management and monitor SLI vendor performance
Scope:
1. Monitors vendor performance via monthly vendor scorecard
2. Acts a single point of contact of multiple vendors handling various activities
3. Prepares contracts, helps negotiate terms, follow through on execution and checks on compliance
4. Creates and analyzes capacity reports
5. Collaborates on various teams on implementation of projects
6. Conduct contractors meetings and special events
6. Other duties as may be directed by Partner Management to ensure positive feedback from internal/external customers.
