Prepares/ submits the Annual PMS Calendar of Activities for the assigned company in alignment with the AUTOHUB-wide PMS timeline
Provides administrative and technical support in the implementation and documentation of PMS activities at all levels in the company in accordance with the PMS implementing guidelines.
Reviews and analyzes PMS documents received in accordance with the existing guidelines and provides feedback, comments and/or recommendations to parties concerned.
Analyzes PMS data and initiatives and/or recommends appropriate intervention to parties concerned to address performance gaps or deviation from PMS implementing guidelines or standards
Coordinates with Unit Heads concerned and HRD regarding performance profile of employees for appropriate incentive or disciplinary action
Facilitates action/ response to units and or employees' issues/ concerns involving PMS and elevates to POD/ CPD and/or GM/VP the PMS related issues/ concerns which cannot be resolved at his/her level
Provides support to POD/CPD in conducting periodic PMS compliance Audit in assigned company
Recommends policies/ processes enhancement to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of PMS implementation at the employee, unit, branch and company levels
Cascades/ disseminates all PMS-related information/ communication from POD/CPD
Attends, participates and represents the assigned company in PMS Coordinators' meetings facilitated by POD and/or CPD
Organizes PMS-related training activities for PMS participants in coordination with CPD and POD
Undertakes coaching sessions for PMS raters and/or rates in response to the needs identified after each phase of PMS implementation
Prepares/ submits Training Performance Reports for PMS trainings conducted to company assigned
Establishes the Company PMS Database and handles PMS data inputs, updating, storage, retrieval and generation in accordance with existing policies and in compliance with the Data Privacy Law
Establishes and maintains PMS records/ documents in Company in accordance with the approves PMS Records Management System
Acts as custodian of PMS documents, forms and templates (soft copy and hard copy) and ensure their availability at any given time
Generates PMS exception reports and/or data and issues PMS documents as directed by management or as requested in writing by the parties concerned.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business/ Human Resource Management/ Behavioral Science or any related course
Work Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in coordination and documentation of Performance Management activities in the company and in organizing and facilitating training programs
Specialized Training: Performance Management System and/or Training and Development is an advantage
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Automotive 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
