Position Objectives:
Responsible to gather, process, and evaluate material data to monitor restricted substances in Lear Corporation's product in compliance with environmental legislations from different parts of the world.
Acquires immediate customer feedback on quality and timeliness of work output, analyzes the feedback and develop improvement ideas.
Support Lear's goal and policy on responsible materials sourcing due diligence.
Reporting and coordination with project teams within Lear organization.
Communicate with suppliers on a regular cadence to meet data collection objectives.
Able to attend discussions and collaboration with international industry membership work groups.
