PLUMBER - Job Description
 
The Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage, sanitation systems, and related fixtures. The role ensures that all plumbing works comply with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure functionality.
Perform routine maintenance to prevent system malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training in plumbing is an advantage.
TESDA NC II in Plumbing (preferred but not always required).
Proven experience as a plumber or in a related role.
Knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergencies.
