Description
Qualifications:
-Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in EE,EcE, I&CE or equivalent.
-At least three (3) years work experience on Plant Automation and control.
-Experience on Siemens S7 series, Schneider, Allen Bradley PLC
-Experience on Siemens Step7 and TIA Portal, SoMachine, Zelio programming.
-Experience on Wincc and Iflix SCADA system.
-Experience on JavaScript, C# or Python programming.
-Familiar with industrial network, field bus and related communication protocol, i.e Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, DeviceNet, etc.
-Familiar with databases, i.e SQL, MS access etc.
-Good ability on problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
-Good Leadership skills, experience on leading few technical people is a plus.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure that plant automation is (ie, PLC, SCADA, robotic system, scales and others) are properly maintained and operational.
-Ensure that plant automation software, hardware is properly backed-up and critical spares are readily available.
-Carry out the automation technical documents that includes technical specification, IO List, automation drawings are properly store and documented.
-Carry out PLC and SCADA program modification upon request from production or end user.
-Develop PLC and SCADA program as needed
-Provide technical support to other team in maintenance and trouble shooting.
-Carry out instructions as per Plant Manager advice in relation to plant automation and control
-Complete all necessary reports and submit/ present to Plant Manager in a regular basis.
