Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
QUALIFICATIONS:
 BS degree in Engineering;
 With at least 3 years of related work experience;
 Understanding of basic electroless plating and principles including machine diagram and PLC of plating machine (Pacline) and metrology tools;
 Preferably with min of 2 years experience in plating process;
 With ability to execute production plan;
 With strong leadership skills;
 Understanding on Quality Requirement (FMEA, Statistical approach, 3X5 why, Root Cause Analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for ensuring the implementation of production plan through collaboration with other functions in order to achieve site's goal;
 Collaborates with Production Manager in creation of Manufacturing Production Budget;
 Monitors and controls production costs to ensure that they are within the budget and overtime costs of staff are financially justified;
 Manages and support completion of target (volume against schedule and line item against schedule).
