PLANT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
 
Qualifications: 
Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) 
Experience/knowledge in plant maintenance 
Has the ability to handle small groups of people 
Understanding/Knowledge of the following: Quality Systems- ISO/ IATF 16949 (QMS) & Environmental management of EMS- ISO 14001 (EMS) the least
Understanding/Knowledge of safety systems- any industry-accepted safety standard 
Electrical Preventive Maintenance programs generation 
Application of standard codes on all electrical installations 
Preventive Maintenance Knowledge(procedures, audits, control and monitoring, data analysis, and reporting) 
Maintenance Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analysis - MTTR, Failure Rate
Can communicate both in oral and written communications (English)
Systematic and Organized 
Aggressive, persistent, yet open-minded 
Knowledge and dexterity on Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides) 
Job Responsibilities: 
Do tasks related to Plant Electrical Laws compliance 
Do preventive maintenance planning including coordination with production management to arrange scheduling 
Do electrical and/or energy audits as needed 
Executes preventive maintenance tasks when needed 
Authorized to stop machine operation whenever an operation has unsafe conditions. 
Supports in the implementation of the procedures on quality, environmental and health, and safety management systems in his area of responsibility.
Performs other duties and projects as may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager
