Job Description And Responsibilities:
Oversees the recruitment of needed personnel as per approved manpower Request Form (MRF), ensuring there is always a sufficient number of manpower to meet client requirements.
Engages with the client through regular touch point meetings/huddles to help address performance issues of assigned operators in the plant and and also other client issues and establish good rapport with client
Assists in billing related concerns for the standard monthly reports as necessary, development needs and/or attending training as aligned with Immediate Superior and HR. Performs other tasks that Management may assign from time to time in the exercise of its executive prerogative
Qualifications:
With at least 1-2 years college level
With experience at 6 months to a year as an HR Admin
Flexible and with ability to multitask
Computer literate
With strong personality skills
Good communication skills
Willing to work in Libis plant, Quezon City
Summary of role requirements:

1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
