Job Description:
Maintains stock of levels of plant supplies and makes requisition of such whenever needs arises.
Preparation of Process Record Sheet (PRS) for production material/accessories requisition and forward to Production Asst. Supervisor.
Maintains production records (soft copy as well as hardcopy) and encodes them on their corresponding monitoring.
Collects and sorts production, output monitoring sheets from time to time.
Updates all monitoring records especially deliveries base on delivery plan.
Provide copy of delivery plan to Purchasing and Impex and coordinates schedule of delivery to Company driver.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least one year experience in the field
