Job Description
Assist the manager in managing and coordinating the establishment and support of programs and/or projects of significance to the operation and administration of the organization
Provides and/or coordinates program planning and evolution, ensuring that developing and existing programs are effective and in conformance with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
participates and coordinates operational and strategic planning as appropriate, and supports, programmatic interactions with various internal and external constituencies, as appropriate.
Monitor the progress of all offices across the organization against their plans and generate report to guide decision makers.
Undertake sessions that will lead to link reviews of performances and planning activities
Develop tools and templates on planning to be used by all stakeholders in the organization
Support also on reporting activities
Support in dealing with any other tasks as may be required.
Job Qualification
College graduate related to research and data analysis
Equipped on software tools intended for data collection and presentation
Must have at least 2 years of experience on Planning and Development
