JOB SUMMARY:
To handle budget formulation and monitoring as well as the preparation, analysis and monitoring of company's monthly expenses and budget. To handle the recording of day to day transactions and the preparation and processing of BIR submission and payments.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Accountancy.
License CPA is advantage.
At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): With strong Accounting background, Knowledge in FS Preparation, Analysis and Presentation, Highly Analytical and can detect and correct errors
Knowledgeable in accounting cycle, deatail oriented, with strong background in AX Dyanamics, Word, Excel and power point presentations.
Knowledgeable in financial analysis and budgeting process
With good oral and written communication skills, flexible and can demonstrate sounds work ethics.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning
Prepare and maintain financial model and databases in Excel. Model, analyze, communicate and advise on key metrics and drivers of the business. This includes analyzing performance against historical performance, plans, and forecasts
Assists cost center managers in the preparation of their mid-year and annual review of expenses and budgeting plan.
Co-ordinate and consolidate the financial plans/forecasts.
Prepare key consolidation schedules for corporate submissions.
Track capital expenditures against approved capital budget.
Financial Analysis
Analyze monthly financial results & variance analysis.
Prepare reliable, timely, and accurate financial analytics.
Perform product group financial analysis projects requested by management or a functional area
Prepare and submit the Daily Consolidated Balancing Report for the Managing Director.
Prepare and post journal entries to record accrual of salaries and payroll deductions.
Verify documents submitted for replenishment of petty cash fund and revolving fund, correct charging of accounts and perform cash count.
Monitor cash advances and verify documents submitted for liquidation and prepare journal entries for posting to close the cash advance in AX.
Monitor advances to supplier and prepare necessary adjusting and closing entrires upon collection.
Prepare jourbnal entries to record intercompany transaction in the Accounting System.
Others
Prepare documentary requirements for financial statement preparation and tax audits.
Monitor BIR submissions and compliance to avoid penalties.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Reports
Prepare and submit Xiaomi's financial reports every 10th day of the month
Prepare and submit monthly expenses analysis report to the corresponding marketing head for the presentation to the president.
Consolidate Xiaomi's midyear and annual budget for sumission to A&F Officer.
