· Develop an independent Project EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) schedule aligned with client milestone dates as required
· Full understanding of Planning and Schedule scoping, establish WBS, activities take-off, and work scoping
· Update and analyze scheduled activities on a weekly basis based on construction status actual physical % progress being daily basis tracked/ monitored at site.
· Develop project progress measurement and monitoring package based on independent schedule
· Create and produce earned value S-curve and histogram indicating physical progress % i.e. Planned, Actual, Cumulative, Target, and Forecast aligned with the project schedule.
· Able to create and update resources loaded schedule i.e. Manpower, Man-Hours, Cost and quantities
· Report weekly independent schedule status with Forensic Delay Analysis and Critical path analysis and advises basket of mitigation, resolutions, remedial actions to expedite recovery of schedule delays.
· Full understanding of resources, equipment, and project cost loaded schedule
· Develop and present in the meeting the weekly PTG (Project Team Group) report in BV PMO Power Point format.
· Submit project weekly and monthly report to the client, proponent, and BV PMO.
Requirements:
Civil Engineer or any engineering discipline with PRC license prepared and or other educational qualification, ex-abroad is encourage to apply.
Solid experience as Project Planner and Scheduler in Hi-rise building projects.
Proficient, expert, and excellent hands-on user in Planning and Scheduling tools i.e. Primavera P6 (latest edition), MS project, Power Point, and MS Office.
Excellent knowledge and background in Design, Procurement, Construction, and Project Close-out activities sequencing, relationship, logics, methodologies, and terminologies of building project multi discipline scope i.e. MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, FirePro and Sanitary), Architectural, Civil, and Structural.
