Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering and other Management Related Course.
With at least one (1) years' experience in project management is preferred, but enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Project Management training/seminar
Office Management seminar.
Above-average computer programming skills.
Well-verse in Gantt Chart/S-curve creation, monitoring, and updating.
Strong leadership skills and sense of accountability.
Good time management and strong communication skills, sense of teamwork and fast self-learning.
Job Descriptions:
Assist Project Managers in creating and development of Project Gantt Chart/S-curve, MS project and other tools can be used for project scheduling.
Daily Monitoring of project site work accomplishments. Call every engineer or PM's for daily reporting of their work accomplishment.
Consolidate the updates and accomplish weekly Project Progress Report and monthly project progress report to be signed and acknowledged by the client's project representative.
Ensure Monthly Progress reports are signed by client's project representative and submit timely to Accounts Receivable team for billing purposes.
Monitors Cash flow of the project.
Monitor the attendance/performance of the manpower.
Organize/Manage the tools and equipment borrowers request and attachments.
Monitor the flow and availability of tools and equipment.
Review the attachments of purchase request submitted by PCM. (Project Schedule and timeline.)
Monitor the status of purchase request. Determine the lead time as per commitment of Purchasing Department.Monitor the P.O., Delivery/Receiving, Handling, Releasing and control of materials of assigned projects.
Plan/Brainstorm with the PM of the assigned project for efficient and successful project completion.
Daily Monitoring of assigned project.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
