PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible in establishing and implementing an effective maintenance system in ensuring that all equipment will function based on their purpose and attainable efficiencies
QUALITIFICATIONS:
1. With a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
2. Professional License is an advantage
3. Experience working in the food manufacturing field is an advantage
DUTIES:
1. Plans, prepares and ensures effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance program
2. Provides Material Specification Data Sheet
3. Conducts inspection and monitoring of machines and spare parts during maintenance and installation activities
4. Creates the following:
• Utilities and production equipment Manual
• Machine Manual for newly purchased machines
5. Monitors and analyzes maintenance reports
6. Prepares Manual Schedule of Preventive Maintenance
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Java, AutoCAD
