1.Studies the plans and specification "approved for Construction" and coordinate these with the Manpower Equipment mobilization/demobilization, and schedule of activities as submitted during the Pre- Qualification/bidding process.
2. Prepares manpower and equipment loading schedule based on the actual site conditions and specifications "Approved for Construction" and submits this to Planning Manage for approval.
3. Prepares sequences of activities for the implementation of the project based on actual site conditions and the plans and specifications" Approved for Construction" and submit this to the Planning Manager for approval, and endorsement to VP of Operations and Commercial and CEO for final approval prior sending to the client
4. Responsible for monitoring progress of work and compares this with the approved schedule.
5. Reports delays (slippages) on the actual work to the Project Manager versus the approved schedule and reports the same to the Planning Manager/Project Manager (if on site)
6. Coordinates with the Operations Team, Subcontractors analyzes the cause of delays, and helps plan a catch up schedule.
7. Issues revised/amended schedules based on the actual situation, and submits the same to the Project Manager or Planning Manager for information and instruction prior endorsement to clientPrepare and issue program updates as required for internal and client reporting in order to ensure progress is in line with planned objective.
