•Graduate of Engineering discipline, preferably Civil or Architecture
•PRC licensure exam passer, is a plus
•With 5 to 10 years working experience handling different types of projects
•With good knowledge and experience in MS Office and MS Project
•Can understand and prepare CAD 2D shopdrawing is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION includes but not limited to:
•Develop construction master schedule
•Develop/liaise with construction team regarding periodic construction forecast/work-ahead schedules
•Evaluate, monitor and update progress/status of work
•Assist in preparing shopdrawings
•Assist tender team to develop master schedule and preliminary cost
