This is currently a vacant position and the associate will be responsible for the following:
Frequent generation and correct interpretation of business information that will be used for management reporting purposes
Regularly updating the databank of PHC which can cover but not be limited to the following data per sku, segment and/or category:
Topline volume and revenue
Gross Profitability and Margins
Operating Income / Net Income
Identifying drivers and dampeners of business performance, which can eventually lead up to recommended solutions that will accelerate growth and/or reverse decline
Coordinating and liaising with other functional groups such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance
Assisting the entire Business Planning group during the annual strategic planning process, quarterly/monthly business reviews, and weekly mancom meetings
The candidate is suggested to be a graduate of any course related to Business Management, Marketing, and/or Finance. He/she should also be adept with MS Excel, Powerpoint and other software applications. Having work experience is an advantage.
