Job Description: * Lead/Manage the Factory Project assignment. Ensure that customer specific shipment requirement and instructions are complied.
Review the manufacturing standard leadtime according to supply and machine capacity
Determine and Define the manufacturing operation capacity
Determine if the OSCD defined by Sales are doable base on the Manufacturing Leadtime.
Perform analysis on buy and make and ensure that it meets the completion date
Send feedback to Planning Sales Focal person for any changes, update and/or constraint to meet the delivery date
Identify the gaps to support and actions need to meet the requested delivery date
Define operation work definition. Create Master and Child WO and Pickslip in Oracle
Update the work order completion date as needed
Coordinate with cross functional team for the sales order status and completion date
Oversee the Sales Order movement in the mfg operation. Ensure that the manufacturing schedules are met
Review with design the project status and follow up the release that would affect the mfg leadtime or potential delay
Weekly preparation report.
Shipment plan for the succeeding week.
Compliance to shipment plan.
Causes of delayed report
OTD/Leadtime Performance
Review the BOM and act accordingly for any error, deviation and set-up.
Manage the Concerto Project management tool
Follow Company Policies and Procedures
Escalate to immediate superior for any issues to meet the customer delivery date
Owner of On-Time Delivery Metrics per Factory assignment
