Job Description
Your team
The team is a dynamic team of Software Developers and Business Analysts spread across development centres in Zurich, Bioggio, Madrid, Manila, Luxembourg, and Berlin. We follow an agile process, working closely within but also with other related teams and clients to develop new product features and maintain existing ones in live use.
The team works with clients and partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet market demands and help shape the back-office landscape of tomorrow.
The team is owner of functionality and part of many exciting and challenging projects related to Corporate Actions

Your mission:
Closely collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and other Software Engineers
Participate in all phases of product development and enhancement including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation using agile methodologies.
Improve and optimize existing functionalities
Working across international teams
Take ownership and responsibility for your area of expertise
Qualifications
Qualifications
What you need:
University degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or any related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of continuous relevant software development experience
With knowledge in software engineering focusing on technologies in Java/Oracle Architecture
Excellent understanding of relational database systems in PL/SQL and Oracle SQL.
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Eager to learn and understand the business needs aiming to provide clean designs and high-quality code
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Willing to undergo training and be an Avaloq Certified Customization Professional (ACCP)
