Role Description
Access Healthcare Services is looking for a PHRN-Registered Nurse | Healthcare BPO (Non-voice) for a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig. Reviews oncology cases and works to obtain authorizations for cancer-related prescriptions and procedures.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed PHRN or RN in the Philippines with at least 2 year of experience in Hospital setting
With at least 1 year BPO experience in Healthcare account is a plus!
Must have experience in clinical documentation improvement, or medical records
Experience with ICD-10 codes and CPT codes is preferable
Must have excellent English language proficiency both oral and written
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and be able to tolerate regular change in priorities with initiative and flexibility
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other healthcare-related systems
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance is preferable
