JOB PURPOSE & KEY OBJECTIVES:
The Inside Business Consultant's key objective is to support GESi Sales Team and Business Consulting team in managing Requests For Proposal (RFP) and delivering selected product presentations.
Typical RFPs includes questionnaires covering functionalities, services delivery, implementation methodology, technical and security requirements.
To assist in managing RFP responses the Inside Business Consultant will use content stored in a dedicated tool, Qvidian/equivalent, that provides for different types of content, solution overviews, value adds, Questions and Answers, standard proposals, etc.
The Inside Business Consultant will be responsible for using and administering RFPIO/equivalent, which is also used by the field Business Consultants. For this content management and maintenance tasks, the Inside Business Consultants will gather generic content directly from ADP Subject Matter Experts, Marketing, Product, Implementation Services and Client Services personnel.
Being part of the Bid Management and Demos team, the Inside Business Consultant will work closely with the other Inside Business Consultants located in 3 areas Europe, APAC and Latam, but also with the Bid Managers, the field Business Consultants and with the Global Sales Managers (GSMs).
In addition to this role and as a subject matter expert of ADP products, the Inside Business Consultant will deliver first-level presentations of MNC platforms in webcast mode. Related activities will include upkeep and currency of online demo systems and offline demo tools as appropriate. The Inside Business Consultant will also produce demo recordings that will be use as Sales materials by the GSMs.
KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
Build first Drafts of RFPs using RFPIO/equivalent database
Qualify for the GSMs the scope of our answer (strategy and solution)
Organize the timing of the answer
Extract from RFPIO/equivalent standard answers and identify questions requiring expertise from field Business Consultants
Chase down missing answers nearby other local teams (implementation, R&D, etc.)
Build proposal first drafts
Meet deadlines required by prospect in alignment with Bid Manager and/or GSM.
Manage content improvement process on offering
Manage review process for content with SMEs/Marketing
Update RFPIO database
Produce some specific content as needed
Perform some first level of MNC presentations
Organize and present some standard presentation of MNC solution (to be defined depending on business needs),
Build demo recordings and publish them to GSMs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Language:
English: native speaker/writer or fluent (C2)
Candidate should have high level of skill in technical writing in English language. He/she should be able to summarize or rephrase some answer provided by subject matter expert or existing content, depending on the level of details required by the RFP.
Candidate must be also comfortable with talking in English with diverse audiences, appropriately adjusts technical content to meet differing knowledge and interest, and juggling meetings with multiple audience levels.

3-5 years of experience in similar roles (Marketing, pre-sales, Sales Assistant, ...)
Knowledges:
High level of mastery of MS Word is mandatory,
Human Resources background is a plus
Experience in a sales role is also a plus.
Knowledge on ADP offerings (GlobalView, Celergo/Streamline, Enterprise eTIME) is an advantage, but not mandatory
