Job Description
Responsible for the development, realisation, and validation of software systems in the field of telematics, with focus on the functional realisation of web applications.
The emphasis is on the usability and performance of the website under the pressure of high volumes of data traffic.
Definition of new products with the new management and the development team
Participation in the product management process
Requirement analysis and adaptation of the pre-existing front end performance with very large data volumes and provide good usability
Conceptual design, implementation, validation and maintenance of new software systems defined by the requirement analysis
Responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.
Primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Responsible for intergrating the front-end elements built by co-workers into the application and basic understanding of front-end and telematics technologies is necessary as well
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Academic degree or equivalent technical education or experience with IT focus (e/g HTL/FH)
Sound knowledge of web development PHP / JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Knowledge in the use of Git, Bitbucket and Jira
Knowledge of programming apps is an advantage and Java programming language
Interest in online marketing, content management
