This position reports directly to the Accounting Project Manager, and will be responsible for supporting the governance of ADP's Global COA. This individual will be required to analyze data NA,EMEA, APAC charts and provide insights and recommendations and implement rationalization opportunities for the Global COA and FSR phase 2 initiatives.
He/She will also responsible for assisting to obtain the governance requirements for the Global Code Block and mapping of the Primary Ledger to to the Global Code Block. He/She will also work with the project team leads to transform Accounting processes for example Intercompany, fixed assets etc.
This person will be tasked to work with the multiple finance & accounting areas to understand and document additional reporting/accounting requirements and ensure that these are included in the Global Code Block and future GL processes.
This person will be responsible for contributing to change management and communications as needed.
The team lead will be responsible for the following:
- Governance of Chart of Accounts definitions, hierarchies and values - Global FDMEE Location owners for all mapping updates, changes etc. - Responsible for updates to sub ledgers, primary ledgers & secondary ledgser, Hyperion Planning and HFM using DRM/DRG - Alignment and execution of changes for all GLs globally
- Support questions for code block from the organization - Continue to work on the code block for further alignment opportunities
- Ensure all ledger and subledger activity is mapped and reconciled for FSR Phase 2
