Job Description
The Photoshop Designer is responsible for managing the people that gather assets as well managing the assets themselves. In addition, this person will create reference files that will inform the junior designers on how to create the appropriate assets for both the website and Amrita Sen's retail business online. This person will manage the overall asset portfolio of artwork photography and blended assets that will be shared other members of the worldwide team.
Qualifications
six years of experience in project management as it relates to Photoshop and the Adobe suite
4 to 6 years of experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator
Experience working with Dropbox as well as with box.net
Able to learn XD (nice to have)
Able to learn wordpress (nice to have)
Very good organization skills
Ability to multi-task and lead several projects at once
able to communicate across time zones and manage the workflows of multiple Dropbox accounts, box.net accounts
Able to create an operating manual of art process
Extremely independent and have a sense of initiative

Work Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday (6AM - 3PM; Manila Time)
Location
Temporary Homebased (equipment will be provided by the company; candidates should have a stable and reliable internet connection at home of at least 10MBPS)
